Riso Melotti, an artisanal farm specialized in the cultivation and the processing of Vialone
Nano rice and the other best Italian rice varieties in Isola della Scala (Verona – Italy), is
excited to disclose its first participation at TuttoFood Milano 2025.

During this relevant international fair for agri-food, we are introducing two new products, 100% gluten-free and lactose-free: Rice-flour Krumiri and Rice-flour Frollini biscuits.

New and healthy products
Made exclusively with rice flour milled from our own Vialone Nano rice, Krumiri and Frollini biscuits mix Italian bakery techniques with the lightness of rice.Gluten-free and lactose-free, these biscuits are perfect for a sweet break – without compromising on flavour:

• Rice-flour Krumiri: biscuits with a unique, traditional shape and delicate ridges,
  fragrant and crumbly, flavoursome and deliciously wholesome.
• Rice-flour Frollini: flavourful biscuits with a soft heart, in which ingredients and flavours are perfectly balanced, ideal for breakfast or a sweet break.

Company values and short food supply chain.

Every step of the production process, from the cultivation to the drying, is directly
supervised by the farm, ensuring high-quality, traceability and respect for the environment.
The Vialone Nano rice flour, stone-milled on our family’s farm, is rich in nutrients and free from allergens. Our gluten-free biscuits are also produced on-site, as part of a short, carefully monitored and fully traceable food chain, ensuring a final product free from cross-contact.
