A 360° tour dedicated to the white cereal! To tell you our story and how, with passion and dedication, we produce and process our Rice.

Knowledge of the product is also enriched by the rediscovery of ancient rural traditions and respect for the environment and the land. A daily reality that maintains the values of the past unaltered, illustrated to visitors with passion and genuineness, by a family tied to its land, territory and rice. Come and visit us!

Visits are organised for groups of minimum 15 people.

This tour has been specially designed for young children, who will come into contact with the world of rice through games, videos and simple, age-appropriate explanations. This initiative allows children to get to know and touch rice, the rice paddy environment, the characteristic flora and fauna and to simply understand the process that accompanies it “from the earth to our tables“.

A few hours to get to know this important cereal, the countryside where it grows and the surrounding nature.

A tour dedicated for secondary school children, high school students and adults, with the aim of highlighting rice cultivation and all its processes. This initiative aims to provide an understanding of the various aspects (production, culture and cuisine) of the reality linked to the world of rice, its artisanal production, all enriched by the rediscovery of agricultural traditions and the local area.

A tour dedicated to groups of people who, in addition to the guided tour, would like to taste Melotti’s Rice Specialities, which can be purchased at our Farm Shop at the end of the tour.

The tasting includes: Rice Sbrisolona, Rice Biscuits, Rice Shortbread, Rice Snacks and Breadsticks, Rice Cakes with Rice Jam, Toasted Rice Salami and Toasted Rice Cheese.
