Gianmaria and Luca Melotti returned to the RISOTTERIA MELOTTI in NEW YORK, after two years due to the pandemic.

It is always a unique emotion to return to the Big Apple and enter our restaurant, the dream of the Melotti family in New York, which for two years we have only seen through video calls and photos with the managers who manage it.

Our Risotteria still remains today a small showcase of Veronese products in the world, in particular the rice and gluten-free products of the Melotti family but also for Veronese wines, oil, cheeses and much more!

In these days we also met the new consul of Italy in New York, Fabrizio di Michele, who took office for about a year, delivering him a package of our products.
