With great pleasure we tell you about RISO MELOTTI IN FESTA, the feast of our company! For years the most important weekend for us where RICE is the protagonist. From food stands to events … everything is organized by the melotti family to celebrate together. Opportunity to preview all our news!
Menu?! BASED ON RICE OBVIOUSLY. Rice based appetizers, Risotto all’Isolana and even rice based desserts. All dishes are prepared with excellent ingredients and all gluten-free.
Every evening music or shows.
Our party open to all of you, to let us know and spend beautiful evenings in company! For children … inflatable and large green space.

Motorcycle fans … we are waiting for you! The great MOTORADUNO RISO MELOTTI this year will be SUNDAY 25 OF AUGUST!
Over a thousand motorbikes will join us to parade towards the center of the town for a ride in the countryside of the lower Verona area.
All together then we will eat a nice risotto all’Isolana on the occasion of the event promoted by the Melotti family!

Come and taste the Risotto all’Isolana at the RISO MELOTTI STAND at the FESTIVAL in Isola della Scala
For over half a century … the biggest Italian festival dedicated to Vialone Nano Rice and Risotto!
Originally a village agricultural fair, today it is the biggest food event in Italy dedicated to rice and rice-based recipes. Since 1966, this traditional and heartfelt event has been held in the heart of Isola della Scala, an area with a long tradition of rice cultivation. It is a real celebration for the town and for the companies in the area. It is on this occasion that its main product is made known to the world, rice cooked in the typical way: Risotto all’Isolana. The master chefs “Risottari” go out there for a month… with characteristic copper pots, wooden ladles and a great deal of care and attention in preparing the dish! It is the world of rice that is also put on show for the numerous specialities that can be produced with rice.
Not only ideas for risotto but also many current events or those that recall the past and the world of agriculture.
In September and October, these are events not to be missed!

At the reception you will be given an illustrative flyer to start your journey! At each stage a further explanation will enrich your knowledge of lots of interesting information … Visit the collection of vintage tractors of Mr. Giuseppe Melotti and the new means used for rice cultivation. Visit the rice drying, storage, processing and packaging plant. Illustrative tables and exhibitions will tell about the processing of rice, the by-products and the different varieties of the Melotti family. Screening of an audio-visual documentary on rice and its production and processing. Visit to the store with the possibility of buying rice and Riso Melotti specialties. Demonstration of gluten-free pastry based on rice.
