MAMMA ROSETTA'S PUDDING TWO FLAVORS WITH CARAMELIZED ORANGE JUICE AND WALNUTS
Ingredients:
For 8/10 portions:
- 1 sachet of Rosso Rosetta Rice Pudding
- 1 sachet of Nero Beppino Rice Pudding
- 1 spoon of Vialone Nano Rice Flour
- 2 oranges
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 10 walnuts
- 1l of milk
How to prepare it
Pour the contents of the Rosso Rosetta Rice Pudding bag into a saucepan. Add 500 ml of milk, diluting to avoid the formation of lumps. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken. Pour into single-dose molds filling them halfway and wait for cooling.
Repeat the operation with the Nero Beppino Rice Pudding and place in the molds on top of the previously poured pudding and let it cool.
Caramelize the orange juice for 10 minutes by boiling it over low heat, adding the sugar and flour to thicken it.
Place the orange juice on the plate and turn the mold with the pudding upside down. Garnish with any pieces of orange and the shelled and chopped walnuts.
