Once again this year, we returned to the vibrant city of New York to take part in the Fancy Food Show, one of the major food fairs in the world and a true landmark event for the entire food and beverage sector. It was a unique opportunity to showcase our artisanal products, meet many other food experts from all over the world and share the same deep passion for Italian cuisine.
Exciting encounters, flavourful tastings and moments of great accomplishment made
these three days demanding and vibrant.
Our beloved \u201crisotto all\u2019Isolana\u201d, freshly cooked at the booth by our Risotteria Melotti NYC team, once again, won over both International and Italian visitors \u2013 from the curious to the most discerning food experts. This traditional dish tells our story, reflects our values and, above all, continues to win the hearts of people from all over the world.
Among the guests who visited our booth and appreciated our risotto was none other than
Roberto Baggio, an extraordinary Italian footballer and a true legend in Italy\u2026\u2026. That moment doubled our emotions!<\/p>


We were also honoured by the visits of Michelin-starred chef Giancarlo Perbellini\u00a0and the
Italian Agriculture Minister Francesco Lollobrigida.\u00a0
For the first time at the Fancy Food Show, we proudly showcased our new gluten-free
products welcomed with great enthusiasm and curiosity. These ones captured the
attention and approval of many visitors, reaffirming our belief that our engagement to
innovation, high-and inclusivity is the right path to pursue.<\/p>


We return home with grateful hearts, many new client contacts and even a stronger desire to share the tradition of Italian risotto with the world.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited our booth, tasted our risotto and
shared kind words with us. Once again, the Fancy Food Show proves to be a special
and unique event.<\/p>
