For over half a century … the biggest Italian festival dedicated to Vialone Nano Rice and Risotto! <\/strong><\/p>

Originally a village agricultural fair, today it is the biggest food event in Italy dedicated to rice and rice-based recipes. Since 1966, this traditional and heartfelt event has been held in the heart of Isola della Scala, an area with a long tradition of rice cultivation. It is a real celebration for the town and for the companies in the area. It is on this occasion that its main product is made known to the world, rice cooked in the typical way: Risotto all’Isolana. The master chefs “Risottari” go out there for a month… with characteristic copper pots, wooden ladles and a great deal of care and attention in preparing the dish! It is the world of rice that is also put on show for the numerous specialities that can be produced with rice.<\/p>

Not only ideas for risotto but also many current events or those that recall the past and the world of agriculture.<\/p>
